Colorado Beef Festival 2026
The 2026 Colorado Beef Festival is a full-day celebration of food, music, and Colorado’s ranching heritage, taking place from 12-10 PM on August 8, 2026 on the JSSB lawn at MSU Denver. Guests will experience live chef battles featuring award-winning chefs, along with educational culinary demonstrations that showcase technique, creativity, and the craft behind exceptional beef dishes. Admission includes unlimited Colorado beef samplings prepared throughout the day, plus two complimentary Vertigo Beer selections. In addition to the culinary experience, attendees can explore a Vendor Village highlighting local producers and artisans, while enjoying live performances from nine Colorado musical acts delivering an authentic country soundtrack from start to finish.
